Tenant Fees - We do not charge any tenant fees - However any properties will require a holding deposit initially which is a down payment and deducted from any monies due on rental. Tenants should note that in cases where they make a holding deposit then terminate the let we reserve the right to liquidate all funds - A maximum holding deposit of 1 weeks rent is taken to hold properties.

Fees are generally calculated on annual rents and taken upfront but on request can be taken monthly.
Also our fee structure is subject to change on properties that require additional support and professional services deemed to specific to a property and above the normal level of service
